المستخلص
الملخص:
يعد المعلم محورا اساسيا من محاور العملية التعليمية حيث تقع على عائقه سير المسيرة التعليمية فهو العامل الرئيسي الذي يتوقف عليه نجاح التربية في تحقيق أهدافها و تطوير الحياة في عصرنا ، لذلك يواجه المعلم الكثير من التحديات فعلي عاتقه تقع مسؤولية إعداد الاجيال ، و المساهمه في تطوير المجتمعات و تقدمها ، و لا يقتصر دور المعلمين علي تخطيط و اعداد عملية التدريس و تنفيذها فحسب بل يتعدي ذلك الي الكثير من المطالب فمهنة التعليم تتطلب من المعلمين النمو و التقدم المعرفي من خلال متابعة التطور العلمي و التكنولوجي ، و الالمام بأحدث الاساليب و الطرق التربوية و اساليب البحث العلمي و المساهمه في حل المشكلات الاكاديمية و التربوية و في اتخاذ القرارات و التعرف علي حاجات و خصائص المتعلمين و مراعاة الفروق الفردية اضافه الي الانفتاح علي المجتمع و العمل علي خدمته لذلك تتعدد و تتداخل أدوار المعلم بين الدور المعرفي و التقويمي و الاداري.
مشكلة البحث و أسئلته :
تحددت مشكلة البحث الحالى فى : تعرض معلمي مادة علم النفس للمرحلة الثانوية الي عده ضغوط تؤثر علي درجة الرضا الوظيفي وبالتالي تؤثر في أدائه التدريسي و لهذا فالبحث الحالي تصدي للإجابة عن السؤال الرئيسى الآتى :
ما فاعلية برنامج مقترح قائم علي كفاءة المواجهة في خفض الضغوط و تنمية الاداء التدريسي و الرضا الوظيفي لدي معلمي مادة علم النفس للمرحلة الثانوية ؟
و يتفرع عن هذا السؤال الرئيسى عدة أسئلة فرعية :
1- ما أسس البرنامج المقترح القائم علي كفاءة المواجهة من حيث ( الأهداف – المحتوي – طرق التدريس – الانشطة – المواد التعليمية – أساليب التقويم ) لدي معلمي مادة علم النفس للمرحلة الثانوية ؟
2- ما صورة البرنامج المقترح القائم علي كفاءة المواجهة من حيث ( الأهداف – المحتوي – طرق التدريس – الانشطة – المواد التعليمية – أساليب التقويم ) لدي معلمي مادة علم النفس للمرحلة الثانوية ؟

استخدمت الباحثة البحث الحالي :
1- المنهج الوصفي التحليلي : و ذلك فيما يتعلق بمراجعة الأدبيات و الدراسات السابقة التي تناولت متغيرات البحث و إعداد دليل المعلم .
2- المنهج التجريبي : فيما يتعلق بتجربة البحث و سوف يتم الاستعانة بالتصميم التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة ( قبلي – بعدي ) .
حدود البحث :
اقتصر البحث الحالي على :
الحد البشري : مجموعة من معلمي مادة علم النفس للمرحلة الثانوية
الحد المكاني : المدارس التابعة لإدارة المستقبل التعليمية بمحافظة القاهرة.
الحد الزمني : تم التطبيق في الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الدراسي 2022 / 2023.
كما اقتصر البحث علي الحدود التالية :
بعض الأبعاد في خفض الضغوط ( داخل الفصل – خارج الفصل ) .
مهارات الأداء التدريسي ( التخطيط – التنفيذ – التقويم ) .
ج- بعض الأبعاد في الرضا الوظيفي ( الرضا عن مهنة التدريس – الرضا عن علاقة المعلم بالزملاء – الرضا عن الإدارة المدرسية ) .

يفيد البحث الحالي في :-

تقديم إطار نظرى عن كل من كفاءة المواجهة - خفض الضغوط - الأداء التدريسي - الرضا الوظيفي لدى
معلمي علم النفس للمرحلة الثانوية.
2- الأهمية التطبيقية للبحث :
تأتى كاستجابة لما ينادى به العديد من التربويين و الدراسات السابقة من ضرورة أن خفض الضغوط و تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمين يؤثر بالإيجاب على الأداء التدريسي لديهم ، لذلك يرجى أن تُفيد كل من :
معلمو علم النفس :
1- توجيه أنظارهم إلى ضرورة استخدام كفاءة المواجهة ؛ لخفض الضغوط ، وتحسين الأداء التدريسي ، وتحقيق الرضا الوظيفي.
2- فهم طبيعة البناء النفسي للمعلم مما يساهم في وضع الخطط و التوصيات الخاصة التي قد يساعد في التخفيف من الضغوط النفسية التي يعاني منها المعلمون .
الباحثين في مجال علم النفس : تقديم إضافة جديدة فى ميدان طرق تدريس المواد الفلسفية بصفة عامة وعلم النفس بصفة خاصة – كما تفتح آفاقاﹰ جديدة أمام باحثى علم النفس.
خطوات البحث و إجراءاته :
للإجابة عن تساؤلات البحث والتأكد من صحة فروضه ، و سيتبع الخطوات والإجراءات الآتية:
للإجابة عن السؤال الأول و الثانى من أسئلة البحث سوف تم :
الاطلاع على الأدبيات و الدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بمتغيرات البحث الحالى وهى (كفاءة المواجهة – الضغوط - الرضا الوظيفي- الأداء التدريسي ) .
اختيار موضوعات البرنامج المقترح و تحديد محتواها ، و أهدافها ، و طرق التدريس ، و الأنشطة وأساليب التقويم من موضوعات علم النفس بما يتناسب مع كفاءة المواجهة .
إعداد قائمة بهذه الموضوعات ثم عرضها على مجموعة من المعلمين و المحكمين المتخصصين في المناهج و طرق التدريس ؛ لتحديد صلاحيتها و الاختيار منها .
إعداد موضوعات البرنامج المقترح في ضوء كفاءة المواجهة من حيث ( المحتوى - الأهداف – طرق التدريس – الأنشطة – التقويم ) .
إعداد دليل المعلم الخاص بإجراء تدريس البرنامج المقترح في ضوء كفاءة المواجهة ، ثم عرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين المتخصصين في المناهج و طرق تدريس و علم النفس.
للإجابة عن السؤال الثالث والرابع و الخامس من أسئلة البحث سوف تم :
إعداد أدوات القياس وهى على النحو التالى :
اختبار مواقف الضغوط و عرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين؛ لتحديد صلاحيته، وتطبيقه على عينة استطلاعية ، ثم تحديد مدى ثباته وصدقه.
بطاقه ملاحظة في الأداء التدريسي وعرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين؛ لتحديد صلاحيتها، وتطبيقها على عينة استطلاعية ثم تحديد مدى ثباتها وصدقها.
مقياس الرضا الوظيفي و عرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين ؛ لتحديد صلاحيته ، وتطبيقه على عينة استطلاعية ، ثم تحديد مدى ثباته وصدقه.
اختيار عينة البحث من معلمي مادة علم النفس للمرحلة الثانوية ، حيث تم الاستعانة بالتصميم التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة التطبيق القبلي و البعدي لادوات البحث .

مصطلحات البحث :
كفاءة المواجهة :
تعرفها ريناد أحمد ( 2014 : 11 ) بأنها : عملية التوافق الجيد في مواجهة الشدة ، و الصدمة ، و المأساة و ضغوط العمل، والنهوض أو التعافي من الضغوط الصعبة .
و تعرفها الباحثة إجرائياﹰ في هذا البحث : هى مجموعة من الخطط هدفها تنمية قدرة معلم علم النفس للمرحلة الثانوية على مواجهة ضغوط العمل المختلفة ، و المشكلات التي يتعرض لها أثناء عمله داخل المدرسة بنجاح ، و أداء أدواره المطلوبة منه بشكل فعال . و خفض مستوى عدم الرضا، و اتسام سلوكه بمهارات التواصل الإيجابي ، و إدارة الانفعالات ، و تنظيم العواطف ، و احترام ، و تقدير الذات .
الضغوط :
يعرفها فراس قريطع ( 2016 : 479 ) بأنها : حالة من الشدة النفسية ناتجة عن مواجهة الفرد لأحداث خارجية ، أو بواعث داخلية مزعجة تؤدي إلى شعوره بالتهديد و عدم الارتياح .
و تعرفها الباحثة إجرائياًﹰ في هذا البحث بأنها : عبارة عن التوتر الجسدي و العقلي و النفسي الذي يعاني منه المعلم ؛ نتيجة ما يتعرض له من أعباء في العمل و التدريس ، و تُقاس بالدرجة التي يحصل عليها معلم مادة علم النفس للمرحلة الثانوية في اختبار المواقف الضغوط .
الأداء التدريسي :
و يعرفه محمد هادي ( 2019 : 11 ) بأنه : كل ما يقوم به المعلم من عمل؛ لتحقيق أهداف التعليم المرجوة من تدريس الطلاب .
و تعرفه الباحثة إجرائياًﹰ في هذا البحث بأنه: هو كل ما يقوم به المعلم أثناء التدريس من قول أو فعل و يعبر عن مدى اتزانه الانفعالي ، و حُسن التصرف في إدارة الفصل في مختلف المواقف التي يتعرض لها و يُقاس بالدرجة التي يحصل عليها معلم علم النفس للمرحلة الثانوية في بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي .
الرضا الوظيفي :
يعرفه مصطفى منصوري ( 2017 : 22 ) : هو شعور المعلم بالارتياح أثناء أدائه لعمله، و يتحقق ذلك بالتوافق بين ما يتوقعه من عمله ، و مقدار ما يحصل عليه . و يتمثل في المكونات التي تدفعه إلى العمل و الارتياح .
و تعرفه الباحثة إجرائياًﹰ في هذا البحث بأنه : المشاعر الإيجابية لمعلمي علم النفس نحو العمل المدرسي ، و يُقاس بالدرجة التي يحصل عليها معلم علم النفس للمرحلة الثانوية في مقياس الرضا الوظيفي.

Research problem /
The problem of the current research is determined in: The exposure of teachers of psychology at the secondary stage to several pressures that affect the degree of job satisfaction and thus affect their teaching performance. Therefore, the current research addresses the answer to the following main question:
What is the effectiveness of a proposed program based on coping competence and its impact on stress reduction, teaching performance development and job satisfaction among secondary school psychology teachers?
Several sub-questions branch out from this main question:
1- What is the basis of the proposed program based on coping efficiency in terms of (goals - content - teaching methods - activities - educational materials - evaluation methods) for teachers of psychology at the secondary stage?
2- What is the picture of the proposed program based on coping efficiency in terms of (goals - content - teaching methods - activities - educational materials - evaluation methods) for teachers of psychology at the secondary stage?
3- What is the effect of the proposed program based on coping competency on reducing stress among secondary school psychology teachers?

Methods and procedures /
The analytical descriptive approach, the one-group experimental approach, and the statistical approach were used to answer the study’s questions and verify the validity of its hypotheses.

1- There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance between the mean scores of the pre and post measurements of the teachers’ stress scale in favor of the post measurement.
2- There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance between the mean scores of the pre and post measurements of the observation card of the teaching performance of teachers in favor of the post measurement.
3- There is a statistically significant difference at the significance level between the mean scores of the pre and post measurements of teachers’ job satisfaction in favor of the post measurement.
4- The proposed program is characterized by its effectiveness in reducing stress and developing teaching performance and job satisfaction among the teachers of the research sample

Introduction :
Due to the teacher’s essential role in building society and establishing generations, his satisfaction with his work is one of the most important indicators of the school’s success as an educational institution. Because when the teacher feels satisfied with himself and his work, he feels the sublime of the soul, the height of energy and purity of thought, and the activity of the mind, so his enthusiasm flares, and he focuses his energies on his work, and his productivity increases and he excels in his work and performance and transmits all of this to his students.
Sense of the research problem::
The pressures which face the teacher in general and the psychology teacher in particular are undoubtedly reflected in his personal, social and professional compatibility, as well as on his commitment to the students and his teaching performance. so, the teacher needs to alleviate his suffering by feeling satisfied with his profession and transform his thinking from negative thinking to positive thinking that will help him face the pressures facing the teaching profession, and the feeling of this problem has emerged through several axes
1- The researcher’s personal experience and the complaints of Colleagues teachers, including: excessive burdens entrusted to them in the school, administrative pressures, the relations with colleagues, professional burden and student misconduct.
2.looking at the results of research and previous studies: where the results indicate that pressures in the teaching profession affect the educational role of the school, as well as affect the performance of the teacher, his innovation in it, and the level of students performance.
The exploratory study carried out by the researcher:
where the researcher conducted an exploratory study on psychology teachers and the sample concistes of (15) teachers.
-applied to them the measure of psychological stress at work prepared by Mamdouh Salih (2016) * and the results showed the high level of stress by 85%, which indicates their need for a method that helps them to Reduce these stresses.
-The job satisfaction scale prepared by Umm Kulthum Muhammad (2015) * was applied to them, and the results showed the decrease in the level of job satisfaction, reaching 35%.
Research problem and its questions:
The problem of the current research is determined in: Secondary psychology teachers are exposed to several pressures that affect the degree of job satisfaction, and thus affect their teaching performance, so, the current research addresses the answer to the following main question: What is the effectiveness of a proposed program based on the efficiency of confrontation in reducing pressures And the development of teaching performance and job satisfaction among Secondary school psychology teachers.
This main question is divided into several sub-questions:
1- - What is the basis of the proposed program based on coping efficiency in terms of (goals - content - teaching methods - activities - educational materials - evaluation methods) for teachers of psychology at the secondary stage?
2- What is the image of the proposed program based on the competency of confrontation in terms of (objectives - content - teaching methods - activities - educational materials - evaluation methods) for secondary school psychology teachers?
3- What is the effect of the proposed program based on the competency of confrontation in reducing stress among secondary school psychology teachers?
4- - What is the effect of the proposed program based on competency in confrontation on the teaching performance of secondary school psychology teachers? .
4- What is the effect of the proposed program based on the competency of confrontation on the job satisfaction of secondary school psychology teachers?
Research Hypotheses: The current research seeks to verify the following hypotheses:
1- 1- There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of two teachers (the research sample) in the stress test before and after studying the proposed program in favor of the post application.
2- 2- There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of two teachers (the research sample) in the teaching performance note card before studying the proposed program, and after it in favor of the post application.
3- 3- There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of two teachers (the research sample) in the scale of job satisfaction before and after studying the proposed program in favor of the post application.
4- 4- The proposed program is characterized by an appropriate level of effectiveness in reducing stress and achieving job satisfaction and teaching performance among secondary school psychology teachers.
Research methodology: the current research will follow
1- Descriptive Analytical Approach: in relation to reviewing the literature, previous studies that dealt with research variables, and preparing a teacher’s guide.
2- The experimental approach: With regard to the research experiment, the one-group experimental design (before - after) will be used.
3- Statistical Approach: With regard to statistical treatment, and the statistical methods used to treat research hypotheses.
Search Limits: The current research will be limited to:
1- 1- A group of secondary school psychology teachers.

I hope that the current research benefit in: -

Building a theoretical framework on the efficiency of confrontation and its impact on reducing pressures, improving teaching performance, and achieving job satisfaction among secondary school psychology teachers
2-- Applied importance of research:
It comes as a response to what many educators advocate, and previous studies regarding the need to reduce pressures and achieve job satisfaction among teachers, which may positively affect their teaching performance, so I hope it will benefit all of:
Psychology teachers:
1.Directing their attention to the necessity of using coping competence to reduce pressures, achieve job satisfaction, and improve teaching performance.
2.Understanding the nature of the teacher’s psychological structure, which contributes to set plans, and special recommendations that may help alleviate the psychological pressure that teachers suffer from
• Researchers in the field of psychology: providing a new addition in the field of methods of teaching philosophical subjects in general, and psychology in particular - it also opens new horizons for psychology researchers.
Research steps and procedures:
To answer the research questions and verify the validity of its hypotheses, the following steps and procedures were followed:
To answer the first of the research questions, that will be done:
• • reviewing the literature and previous studies related to the current research variables, namely (coping competency strategy - positive thinking - pressures - job satisfaction - teaching performance).
• • Choose the topics of the proposed program, and determine their content, objectives, teaching methods, activities, and evaluation methods from psychology topics commensurate with the efficiency of the confrontation.
• Preparing a list of these topics and submitting them to a group of teachers and referees specializing in curricula and teaching methods. To determine its validity, and choose from it.
• Preparing the topics of the proposed program in the light of coping competency strategies in terms of (content - objectives - teaching methods - activities - evaluation).
• Preparing a teacher’s guide for conducting the teaching of the proposed program, strategies for coping efficiency in light of positive thinking, and presenting it to a group of referees and specialists in curricula and teaching methods.
To answer the second, third and fourth of the research questions, the following will be done:
Preparation of measuring tools as follows:
• • Stress situationstest, and presenting it to a group of arbitrators; To determine its validity, apply it to a survey sample, and then determine its reliability and validity.
• • a measure of job satisfaction and presented to a group of arbitrators; To determine its validity,and apply it to a survey sample, then determine its stability and validity.
• • A note card of the teaching performance and presenting it to a group of judges; To determine its validity,and apply it to a pilot sample, and then determine its stability and validity.
• The selection of the research sample for secondary school psychology teachers, where the experimental design with one group was used (before - after).
• Pre-application of measuring tools.
• Teaching the proposed program on the research sample.
• Conducting the post application of measuring tools.
• The results of the pre and post application.
• Statistical treatment of data, reaching results, and interpreting them, and discussing research hypotheses.
• Providing recommendations, studies, and proposed research.
Researcher terms:
Confrontation competence: The researcher defines it procedurally in this research: It is a set of plans prepared through the proposed program to develop the ability of the secondary school psychology teacher to face pressures and work problems by enhancing his skills in positive communication, managing his emotions, and organizing his emotions, respect and self-esteem, which leads to his feeling of satisfaction and the successful performance of his work.
Stress: The researcher defines it procedurally in this research as: It is the physical, mental, and psychological tension that the teacher suffers from as a result of the burdens he is exposed to at work and teaching and it is measured by the degree that the secondary school psychology teacher gets in Stress situationstest.
Job satisfaction: The researcher defined it procedurally in this research as being positive feelings towards school work and measured by the degree that the secondary school psychology teacher gets in the job satisfaction scale.
Teaching performance: The researcher defines procedurally in this research as: All that the teacher does during teaching in terms of saying or doing, and expresses the extent of his emotional balance, and his good behavior in managing the class in the various situations he is exposed to, and is measured by the degree that the secondary school psychology teacher gets in in the teaching scorecard.
