Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate the possible effects of obesity on testis of adult male albino rats and comparing between the effect of orlistat versus lipo-six drugs on body weight reduction and their possible effect on testis with or without diet adjustment. This work was carried out on 56 adult male albino rats aged two months with their weights ranged between (150-200) grams. The animals were divided into two main groups control group I and experimental group. Control group included 8 rats which received standard diet with no treatment for the same periods as the experimental animals. Experimental group included 48 rats which received HFD for 60 days for induction of obesity. Then, obese rats were subdivided into 6 equal subgroups based on their BMI and lee index as follows:
