Abstract The aim of the study was to investigate the use of the Collaborative digital literacy skills activities in digital literacy skills activities in developing writing performance of primary school pupils. The participants were one group selected from grade six pupils at Green Language school, Qualybia Governorate Three instruments were designed and used. The first instrument was a checklist to identify the most suitable writing skills to be developed by six primary pupils. The second instrument was a pre- post writing performance test for assessing the writing performance of the pupils, using a rubric for scoring pupils’ writings. The third instrument was a satisfaction questionnaire to measure how far the participants are satisfied with the treatment. Results revealed that there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the research group in overall and each of subskills of the writing performance test in favor of the posttest. The effectiveness of the treatment on developing the writing performance of primary school pupils was supported. |
