المستخلص The research aims to make a comparison between the methods of developing strength characterized by speed to improve the performance of jumping movements in aerobic gymnastics, through. Using rubber bands of different components as external resistance to improve the performance of jumping movements for aerobic gymnasts and using external resistance using weights to improve the performance of jumping movements for aerobic gymnasts. And the combination of the two previous methods in developing the strength distinguished by speed improves the performance of the jumping movements of the aerobic gymnasts. The researcher used the experimental approach with one experimental group and the pre, intra and post measurements due to its suitability to the nature of the research. The basic study was applied to (10) aerobic gymnasts by the intentional method of players under 14 years old, at a rate of 45,45% of the original community of 10 players from Smouha Club, to conduct the basic experiment and the exploratory study. The results showed that the proposed program that was applied to the research sample led to a clear improvement in all the results of the physical and skill tests under study. The proposed program led to an improvement in the level of performance for the skills under study. The researcher recommends the importance of applying warm-up and physical preparation exercises similar to modern technical exercises in training programs, and conducting similar studies on different gymnastics devices to raise the level of female players. |
