Abstract Porous anodic alumina film is a result of aluminum anodization. In this thesis, variation of anodization voltage, temperature and electrolyte concentration formed alumina film was studied. It is concluded that: increasing anodizing voltage, temperature, or electrolyte concentration increases pore diameter. Elements exist in the film are oxygen, aluminum and sulfur. Alumina film showed non-crystallinity and peaks revealed are related to aluminum substrate. Increasing studied conditions leads to decreasing of films capacitance |
