Abstract The present study was carried out on 150 random samples of chicken meat products (30 each of chicken burger, fillet, luncheon, nuggets and panne) collected from retail markets and grocery stores in Zagazig city, Egypt at different levels of sanitations and the collected samples were examined for assessment of the risk of such products according to their bacteriological profile and some heavy metals residual concentration. |
