This study aims to identify the relationship between the pattern of recruiting workers and the job correlation by applying it to the public commercial banks in Cairo. Study methodology: The data obtained through the survey list that was conducted on a sample of workers in the public commercial banks in the Cairo region were relied on. The sample size was 298 individuals. A set of statistical methods were used such as descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression, Mann and Tenney test. Results: This study concluded that there is a direct correlation between the pattern of polarization of workers and job attachment, and that the dimension of external polarization has more influence on job engagement, followed by the dimension of internal polarization.
