Abstract
Suprascapular nerve entrapment is a condition in which. Early diagnosis, & treatment is very important to avoid chronic atrophy in SSM and ISM. SSN entrapment may be caused by a Paralabral cyst as space occupying lesion which found at most sites along the course of SSN such as under TSL at SS notch & by the SGL at SG notch.Diagnosis of SSN including history, clinical symptoms, radiological investigations and electrodiagnostic studies. electromyography (EMG) & Electrodiagnostic studies supportive for preoperative workup to identify damage to the SSN and site of SSN injury.
