هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين وظائف الهوية والصلابة النفسية كمنبآت بالرضا عن الحياة لدى الفتيات المراهقات . والكشف عن الفروق فى كل من وظائف الهوية والصلابة النفسية تبعاً لاختلاف العمر والتخصص الدراسى لدى المراهقات , حيث تكونت العينة من (ن =689 ) مراهقة من مرحلتى الثانوية العامة والجامعة , ممن تراوحت أعمارهن بين (15 : 22 ) عام , واعتمدت الباحثة فى هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفى , واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على مقياس وظائف الهوية, والذى أعده سيرافيني وماتلاند وآدمز (Serafini, Maitland, & Adams, 2006) وترجمه النابغة فتحي (2015) , مقياس الصلابة النفسية أعداد عماد أحمد محمد مخيمر (2002), ومقياس الرضا عن الحياة أعداد مجدي محمد الدسوقي (1998 ) .
وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة أحصائياً بين الدرجة الكلية لوظائف الهُوية والدرجة الكلية للصلابة النفسية والدرجة الكلية للرضا عن الحياة لدى المراهقات . توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات وظائف الهُوية والصلابة النفسية والرضا عن الحياة بأختلاف المرحلة الدراسية ( ثانوى – جامعة ) لدى المراهقات فى اتجاه المرحلة الجامعية . وجود فروق دالة احصائياً بين متوسطات درجات وظائف الهُوية والرضا عن الحياة والصلابة النفسية والرضا عن الحياة باختلاف التخصص الدراسى ( كليات أدبية نظرية – كليات علمية عملية ) لدى المراهقات لصالح الكليات الأدبية , بينما لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات الصلابة النفسية باختلاف التخصص الدراسى ( كليات أدبية نظرية – كليات علمية عملية ) لدى المراهقات . تسهم وظائف الهُوية والصلابة النفسية كمتغيرات مستقلة بشكل دال إحصائياً فى التنبؤ بالرضا عن الحياة كمتغير تابع لدى المراهقات.

Abstract
The current study aimed to Identify the relationship between identity functions and hardiness as predictors of life satisfaction among adolescent girls. And discovering of differences between deferent ages and education level in means identity functions and hardness. the sample consisted of (n = 689) adolescent girls from the high school and university levels, whose ages ranged between (15: 22) years, In this study, the researcher based on the comparative, relational descriptive approach, and the study tools included the identity functions scale, which was prepared by Serafini, Maitland, & Adams, 2006, and translated by El-nabgha Fathy (2015), the hardness scale, prepared by Imad A. Mukhaimer ( 2002), and the measure of satisfaction with life, prepared by Majdi M. al-Dasouki (1998). The results of the study revealed that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between the total degree of identity functions and the total degree of hardness among adolescent girls. Identity functions and hardness as independent variables contribute statistically in predicting life satisfaction as a dependent variable among adolescent girls. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of identity functions, hardness and satisfaction with life according to the educational stage (secondary – university stage) among adolescent girls in the direction of the university stage. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of identity functions, life satisfaction, hardness, and life satisfaction according to the academic specialization (theoretical colleges - practical colleges) among adolescent girls in favor of the theoretical colleges, while there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of hardness according to the academic specialization ( Theoretical literary faculties - practical scientific faculties) among adolescent girls.
