Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate three dimensional the condylar changes after the mandibular advancement for claa {u2161} vertical grower patients and to analyze the corresponding skeletal and dentoalveolar changes that might occur after the treatment with twin block functional appliance . A samle of 36 female patients with an age range of 10- 13 years were selected . the treatment effects were evaluated using pre and post treatment CBCT can be successfully used to evaluate the condylar response to functional oerthopedic treatment. Significant improvement in the skeletal profile of the treatment group in comparison to the control group through significant mandibular advancement
