Abstract
This thesis is concerned with the analysis of four drugs containing amine group namely; cilazapril, diminazene diaceturate, mebeverine HCl and ropinirole HCl. The aim of this work was to develop simple, sensitive, selective and validated analytical techniques for quantitative determination of the studied drugs, in their pure forms, pharmaceutical formulations or in presence of degradation products. The thesis comprises four parts: This part gives a brief idea about some drugs containing amine group, definition, classification and their pharmacological action. It also includes a detailed presentation of the studied drugs and the different methods reported for their estimation
