Abstract The main aim of this research is to identify the behavioral factors that affect SC performance and how do these factors affect SCI. The research used both secondary and primary data sources to define and allocate these factors. According to the previous literature illustrated in the first three chapters(one,two and three), the most common behavioral factors that affect SC performance are” Top Management Support, Commitment, Trust, National Culture, Organizational Culture, and Mutuality & reciprocity.” The researcher found that “Trust, commitment, mutuality & reciprocity” are the most common factors among these previous factors. To support these findings, researchers used “guided questions interviews” in the exploratory research. |
