Abstract
Local nasal flaps such as (bilobed flap, dorsal nasal flap and rintala flap) for small and moderate defects of the nose are the best as they are single stage operation, sensate, with good color match no donor site morbidity and less hospitalization time.Regional nasal flap from nose used for larger defect, good color match and single staged operation like cheek advancement flap and transposition flap has less hospitalization time and good donor scar.Two stages regional flaps as paramedian forehead flap and nasolabial flap are very useful in large defects with donor scar, more hospitalization and more complications
