Abstract In this thesis, we introduced six chapters. The first one is a general introduction and literature review followed by three papers and a manuscript. The three papers describe different analytical techniques for the quantitative analysis of isoxsuprine (ISX) and its four photothermal degradation products in different sampling matrices, including pure powder form, marketed ISX formulations (Vascular® tablet), biological fluids (plasma and urine), and in the dissolution media. Moreover, the work in the manuscript describes the design and fabrication of miniaturized all-solid-state reference electrodes that can be further used to replace the classical references electrodes. The thesis ends with a general conclusion, references and a summary in Arabic |
