This Research Astudy of the impact of transformational leadership on enhancing organizational commitment ””An applied study on Dikirnis General Hospital in Dakahlia Governorate ,as well as to determine the extent of the influence of the transformational leadership on organizational commitment ,and to achieve the objectives of the research the data were collected based on a list a survey designed for this purpose of (29) phrases,and it was completed from (315) individuals from the study population ,and the data were analyzed using the statistical program 26. SpssV. Cronbach is alpha coefficient,pearson matrix and simple,regression. The results of the research indicate that there is a statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of transformational leadership and the dimensions of organizational commitment to employees.the study also found that there is a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of transformational leadership on rganizational commitment,in addition to the lack significant differences in the opinions of workers in the hospital according to demographic variables (Gender,Age,Number of years of work,Educational qualification,Job title).
