Abstract

Algorithm A had less sensitivity and better specificity than algorithm B in identifying proximal RCA occlusion and distal lesion but better sensitivity less specifity in identify proximal LCX occlusion. It is important to be able to predict the outcome in patients with evolving acute MI; The study tested two new (ECG) algorithms to identify proximal RCA (P-RCA), proximal LCx (P-LCx), or distal RCA or distal LCx in I-STEMI.
