Abstract The use of an abbreviated magnetic resonance (MR) protocol has been firstly proposed for cancer screening and then has been used more widely for different indications in clinical practice. The aim of our study is to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of an abbreviated MR protocol consisting of pre and first post contrast T1 weighted image, first subtraction and first MIP images for characterizing breast lesions in screening, problem solving and preoperative indications. |
