المستخلص

This research aims to improve a time of swimming 100 m free through goals Sub following:
1-Identify the effect of the rate of strikes on the time of 100 m freestyle.
2-Recognize the effect of water sensation exercises and plumitratic exercises for arms on the kinematic variables of 100 m freestyle.
The researcher used the experimental method to fit this approach to the nature of the research with the use of biomechanical analysis.
The choice national free registered area of Alexandria to conduct research and number (10) swimmers.
They were conducting measurements) height -
weight (as was filming the sample inside the water while swimming at full speed.
It was reached to the results following
- There is a relationship between the biomechanical variables and the level of sophistication of swimming 100 meters free and varied correlation coefficients between ) direct - reverse ( according to
the specific nature of those variables and their impact on the total time and swimming speed of 100 meters free.
- Horizontal displacement is one of the most important variables affecting swimmer’s performance during moments of arm cycle performance.
- Limited impact of vertical displacement on the performance time of swimming 100 meters freestyle.
- The following variables related to the weight of the body center and the resulting arm cycle linked to have the sample under an inverse relationship with the performance time of a distance of 25 meters The more of those variables less performance time ) shift the weight center of the body horizontal, offset
the weight of the body center collected, the average speed of the weight of the body center horizontal ، Average speed of the center of gravity of the body collected.
