Abstract The current study dealt with the Electronic readiness represented by its five dimensions (the organizational readiness, the financial readiness, the human resources readiness, the information and communication technology readiness, and the legal readiness) as an independent variable. And the success of the digital government with its sub-dimensions combined, (improving the level of services, reducing the cost of time, effort, and money in completing transactions, increasing the level of satisfaction with the services provided to citizens and limiting the spread of Corona pandemic such as (Virus Covid 19) as the Dependent variable. The current study focused on investigating the effect and correlation relationships between the variables. The Nineveh Government Diwan, was chosen as a field for research as it is the head of the administrative pyramid of the local government and entrusted with the implementation of the digital government project in Nineveh Governorate. Consistent with that, the questionnaire form was adopted which is one of the main tools in data collection. The study sample included (282) individuals, who represent the research sample, and the data collected from the questionnaire form were reinforced by personal interviews with some leaders and employees in the Nineveh Governorate Diwan , who are related to the subject of the study to ensure the validity, comprehensiveness and objectivity of the data collected from the institution. |
