Abstract
This research addresses the application of lean six-sigma methodology to the continuous production sector, which leads to breakthrough in profitability through gains in productivity. Many organizations have reported significant benefits as a result of lean six sigma project implementation, though not all are yet success stories. For the effective implementation of lean Six Sigma projects in organizations, one must understand the critical success factors that will make the application successful. This research presents the critical Success factors, which are essential for successful lean Six Sigma implementation. These factors have been generated from comparative Study between two companies implement lean six sigma. The problems faced in implementation, the critical success factors, and the benefits attained through lean six sigma implementation. Based on the result of comparative, a lean six sigma framework has been proposed followed by conclusions and recommendations
