Abstract

This study evaluate effect of critical success factors (CSF) for quality of life on employee’s perceived performance in two organizations one in Egypt and the other in India, through using a comparative study between them. Thoroughly understanding quality of life poses many challenges. What, exactly, is quality of life{u2019} critical factors? How determines it? What are the international standards, indicators for sustainable development and quality of life for communities and what are the suitable for Egyptian communities? How should it be measured? How can we make it better for more people to increase UNESCO QOL index for Egypt? What the quality of life{u2019} critical success factors that affected Indian community which caused the huge increase of UNESCO QOL index for India from 44 to 106 within 10 years, taking into account that the environment and cultures of the Indian communities near similar to Egyptian communities. This study is an attempt to answer these types of questions. After developing research questions, expert interviews and extensive literary reviews were conducted. After the initial research phase was complete, analysis and synthesis occurred. The result is a pair of guiding principles, developed for individuals and organizations, to better understand how to answer the previous questions. Therefore, this study is aimed to investigate previous studies and taking to experts and conducting focus group interviews with internal customers (employees) to identify corresponding drivers and predictors that help in detecting quality of life{u2019} critical success factors in Egyptian organizations
