Abstract
Objectives : To evaluate and compare the efficiency of Tooth Mousse, CO2 laser and combination in promoting remineralization in-vitro. Method: Extracted human young permanent premolars were cut MD and divided into 4 groups. Evaluation was by ESEM and EDX test. Result: ESEM showed variable decrease in pore depth of the enamel in all the treatment groups and EDX analysis revealed increase in Ca wt%, P wt% and decrease in C wt%. Conclusion: Combining CO2Laser and Tooth Mousse promote remineralization in vitro
