المستخلص
أولاً- ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية.
أولاً- مشكلة الدراسة:
مرحلة الشباب من المراحل العمرية التي تتميز بالقابلية للنمو في مختلف النواحي الجسمية والاجتماعية والنفسية والعقلية إلي جانب القدرة علي الابتكار والمشاركة الفعالة في إحداث التغيير في المجتمع الذي يعيشون فيه وتطويره، كما تتميز بوجود العديد من الضغوط والمشقات التي يتعرض لها أفراد هذه المرحلة مما يجعلهم يعانون من العديد من المشكلات، وتؤدي المشكلات التي يتعرض لها الشباب الجامعي دوراً كبيراً في التأثير علي توافقهم وتقدمهم الدراسي وتحقيق طموحاتهم في المجال التعليمي خاصة ومجالات الحياة عامة، لذا تحتاج من كل المتخصصين اهتماماً كبيراً من أجل تحقيق النمو السليم في كافة النواحي.
تعتبر المخدرات الرقمية سلسلة من الملفات الصوتية يتم الاستماع لها علي نحو معين، من خلال الاعتماد علي سماعات الأذن، وتكمن خطورة هذه الظاهرة في كونها تصيب فئة الشباب الجامعي من مدمني التكنولوجيا ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث تؤدي إلي إحداث آثار الهلوسة، أو تعديل الحالة العاطفية والبيولوجية لدي من يستمع لها، وتعديل قدرات الشاب علي التركيز والتأمل والانتباه، وتعتمد هذه الملفات الصوتية علي عمل تزامن بين الصوت وموجات دماغية معينة، وتكون النتائج النهائية بهد سماع هذه الملفات، دخول الشاب في حالة تتشابه مع الحالات التي يحدثها تعاطي المخدرات الواقعية، وهذه العملية تجعل الدماغ في حالة غير مستقرة كهرو مغناطيسا، ويحفز الخلايا العصبية لإفراز هرمونات متفاوتة بحسب نوع المخدر منها علي سبيل المثال ”الدوبامين” ”الهرمون المعني باعتدال المزاج، أو كما يسمي هرمون السعادة.
فالخدمة الاجتماعية من المهن التي تهتم بالشباب فهي تسعي إلي تحقيق الرعاية المتكاملة للشباب ومساعدتهم في إشباع احتياجاتهم وحل مشكلاتهم في تلك المرحلة العمرية التي تحتاج إلي تعامل خاص من جانب المهنيين، لتحقيق أهداف المجتمع في إعداد جيل من الشباب قادر علي تحمل مسؤولية تنمية مجتمعه والنهوض به في كافة الجوانب الاقتصادية والثقافية والاجتماعية، وحثه علي المشاركة في كافة أنشطة المجتمع وذلك بالاعتماد علي أساس معرفي قوي ومفاهيم نظرية ومهارات وظيفية معينة وقيم اجتماعية أساسية وجوهرية تستخدم لإنجاز الخدمات البناءة والفعالة.
ويعد المدخل الوقائي للخدمة الاجتماعية من أفضل المداخل المهنية في الممارسة العامة للخدمة الإجتماعية، ويستخدم الأخصائي الاجتماعي هذا المدخل في مرحلة ما قبل حدوث المشكلة، وذلك بهدف منعها من الظهور أو تجنب حدوثها، فيقوم بمساعدة الأفراد والجماعات والمنظمات والمجتمعات علي تفادي المشكلات المتوقعة والتنبؤ بها، ويستند المدخل الوقائي علي مجموعة من القيم تؤكد قدرة الإنسان على المواجهة وقدرته علي اتخاذ القرارات التي تحقق الأهداف التي يسعي إليها وتقيه من دائرة الإنحراف، ويعتمد المدخل الوقائي علي التوقيت المناسب في التدخل المبكر الذي يحدد المشكلات قبل وقوعها ويضع لها الخطط المناسبة بعد حدوث المشكلة، ويسعي المدخل الوقائي إلي التعرف علي مصادر الضغوط التي يتعرض لها الإنسان، والعمل علي بناء قدرته علي مواجهتها وإكتساب الخبرة التي تمكنهم من مواجهة هذه الضغوط وتحقيق الأهداف الإيجابية التي يسعون إليها، ويمكن صياغة مشكلة الدراسة ي العنوان التالي ” المتطلبات المهنية اللازمة لتحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتوعية الشباب الجامعي بمخاطر المخدرات الرقمية
ثانياً- أهمية الدراسة:
1. تكمن أهمية الدراسة في حداثة المشكلة وأهميتها وخطورتها علي الشباب الجامعي باعتباره القوة البشرية التي يحتاج إليها المجتمع حالياً ومستقبلاً.
2. يؤكد الباحثين والخبراء والمختصين بأن مشكلة إنتشار المخدرات الرقمية هي كارثة حقيقية تهدد العالم العربي في الفترة الحالية والمقبلة.
3. التركيز علي فئة الشباب وخاصة الشباب الجامعي وضرورة تعريفهم بمشكلة المخدرات الرقمية وتوعيتهم ووقايتهم من المخاطر المترتبة عليها وذلك من خلال العديد من الأنشطة والبرامج وورش العمل.
4. ضرورة تحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الإجتماعيين بإدارات رعاية الشباب باعتبارهم المسؤولون عن وقاية الشباب الجامعي من التعرض لمشكلة إدمان المخدرات الرقمية.
5. معرفة أسباب إنتشار المخدرات الرقمية والآثار الناتجة عن تعاطيها، ووضع خطط علاجية وحلول وقائية منها.
6. ضرورة تحديد دور الجامعات المصرية في مساعدة الشباب الجامعي علي إستغلال أوقات فراغهم بشكل سليم وبما يمكنهم من عدم السعي وراء تجربة المخدرات الرقمية.
ثالثاً- أهداف الدراسة:
تحددت أهداف الدراسة الحالية في هدف رئيسي وهو كالتالي: ”تحديد المتطلبات المهنية اللازمة لتحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتوعية الشباب الجامعي بمخاطر المخدرات الرقمية”، وينبثق من هذا الهدف الرئيسي مجموعة من الأهداف الفرعية كالتالي:
7- تحديد مخاطر إدمان الشباب الجامعي للمخدرات الرقمية.
8- تحديد المتطلبات المعرفية اللازمة لتحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتوعية الشباب الجامعي بمخاطر المخدرات الرقمية
9- تحديد المتطلبات المهارية اللازمة لتحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتوعية الشباب الجامعي بمخاطر المخدرات الرقمية
10- تحديد المتطلبات القيمية اللازمة لتحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتوعية الشباب الجامعي بمخاطر المخدرات الرقمية
11- تحديد المعوقات التي تواجه تحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتوعية الشباب الجامعي بمخاطر المخدرات الرقمية.
12- تحديد المقترحات اللازمة لتحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتوعية الشباب الجامعي بمخاطر المخدرات الرقمية.
رابعاً- تساؤلات الدراسة:
وتحددت تساؤلات الدراسة الحالية في تساؤل رئيسي مؤداه وهو كالتالي: ”ما المتطلبات المهنية اللازمة لتحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتوعية الشباب الجامعي بمخاطر المخدرات الرقمية؟، وينبثق من هذا التساؤل الرئيسي مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية كالتالي:
7- ما مخاطر إدمان الشباب الجامعي للمخدرات الرقمية.
8- ما المتطلبات المعرفية اللازمة لتحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتوعية الشباب الجامعي بمخاطر المخدرات الرقمية
9- ما المتطلبات المهارية اللازمة لتحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتوعية الشباب الجامعي بمخاطر المخدرات الرقمية
10- ما المتطلبات القيمية اللازمة لتحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتوعية الشباب الجامعي بمخاطر المخدرات الرقمية
11- ما المعوقات التي تواجه تحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتوعية الشباب الجامعي بمخاطر المخدرات الرقمية.
12- ما المقترحات اللازمة لتحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتوعية الشباب الجامعي بمخاطر المخدرات الرقمية.
خامساً- مفاهيم الدراسة:

سادساً- الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة:
1- نوع الدراسة: تنتمي الدراسة الحالية إلي أحد أنواع الدراسات البحثية وهي الدراسة الوصفية التحليلية.
2- المنهج المستخدم: وقد اعتمدت الدراسة علي منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل.
3- مجالات الدراسة:
أ. المجال البشري: تم تطبيق الدراسة علي الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين بإدارات رعاية الشباب بالكليات النظرية والعملية بجامعة أسيوط والذي بلغ عددهم (78) أخصائياً اجتماعياً.
ب. المجال المكاني: تم تطبيق الدراسة علي جميع الكليات النظرية والعملية بجامعة أسيوط وعددهم 18 كلية، بالإضافة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بإدارة رعاية شباب المركزية.
ج. المجال الزمني: وهي الفترة الزمنية التي استغرقتها الباحثة في إجراء الدراسة ميدانيا في الفترة من (13/6/2022) إلي (29/6/2022).
4- أدوات الدراسة: اعتمدت الباحثة في الدراسة الحالية علي استمارة استبيان مطبقة علي الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بإدارات رعاية الشباب بالكليات النظرية والعملية بجامعة أسيوط.
سابعاً- نتائج الدراسة:
1. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي أن مخاطر إنتشار المخدرات الرقمية بين الشباب الجامعي وفقاً لترتيب قوتها النسبية تتمثل في الآتي: المخاطر الاجتماعية، المخاطر الأمنية، المخاطر الاقتصادية، المخاطر الأخلاقية، المخاطر الصحية، المخاطر النفسية.
2. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي أن المتطلبات المهنية اللازمة لتحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتوعية الشباب الجامعي بمخاطر المخدرات الرقمية وفقاً لترتيب قوتها النسبية تتمثل في الآتي: المتطلبات المعرفية، المتطلبات القيمية، المتطلبات المهارية.
3. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي أن معوقات تحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتوعية الشباب الجامعي بمخاطر المخدرات الرقمية وفقاً لترتيب قوتها النسبية تتمثل في الآتي: معوقات ترجع للأخصائي الاجتماعي، معوقات ترجع للطلاب الجامعيين، معوقات ترجع للمجتمع المحلي، معوقات ترجع لأولياء أمور الطلاب الجامعيين، معوقات ترجع لإدارة رعاية الشباب بالجامعة، معوقات ترجع لفريق العمل بإدارة رعاية الشباب بالجامعة.
4. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي أن المقترحات اللازمة لتحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتوعية الشباب الجامعي بمخاطر المخدرات الرقمية وفقاً لترتيب قوتها النسبية تتمثل في الآتي: المقترحات اللازمة لمواجهة المعوقات الراجعة للأخصائي الاجتماعي، المقترحات اللازمة لمواجهة المعوقات الراجعة لإدارة رعاية الشباب بالجامعة، المقترحات اللازمة لمواجهة المعوقات الراجعة للمجتمع المحلي، المقترحات اللازمة لمواجهة المعوقات الراجعة لأولياء أمور الطلاب الجامعيين، المقترحات اللازمة لمواجهة المعوقات الراجعة للطلاب الجامعيين، المقترحات اللازمة لمواجهة المعوقات الراجعة لفريق العمل بإدارة رعاية الشباب بالجامعة..

1. The Type of Study: The Current Study Belongs to one of the Types of Research Studies, Which is the Descriptive Analytical Study.
2. The Used Methodology: The Study was Based on the Comprehensive Social Survey Method.
3. Fields of Study:
A. The Human Field: The Study was Applied to Social Workers in Youth Welfare Departments in the Theoretical and Practical Faculties of Assiut University, Whose Number Reached (78) Social Workers.
B. Spatial Field: The Study was Applied to all Theoretical and Practical Faculties at Assiut University which have (18) Faculties, in Addition to Social Workers in the Central Youth Welfare Department.
C. Time Field: It is the Time Period that the Researcher Took to Conduct the Field Study from (13/6/2022) to (29/6/2022).
4. Study Tools: In the Current Study, the Researcher Relied on Social Workers in Youth Welfare Departments in the Theoretical and Practical Faculties of Assiut University.

2. Determining the knowledge Requirements Essential to Improve the Professional Performance of Social Workers for Awareness University Youth about the Risks of Digital Drugs.
3. Determining the Skill Requirements Essential to Improve the Professional Performance of Social Workers for Awareness University Youth about the Risks of Digital Drugs.
4. Determining the Value Requirements Essential to Improve the Professional Performance of Social Workers for Awareness University Youth about the Risks of Digital Drugs.
5. Determining the Obstacles Facing Improving the Professional Performance of Social Workers for Awareness University Youth about the Risks of Digital Drugs.

The Preventive Approach to Social Work is one of the Best Professional Approaches in the General Practice of Social Worker uses this Approach in the Per-Problem Stage, with the Aim of Preventive it from Appearing or Avoiding its Occurrence. its Help individuals, Groups, Organization, and Societies to Avoid and Predict the Expected Problems. The Preventive Approach is based on a Set of Values that Emphasize the Ability of Man to Confront and his Ability to Make Decisions that Achieve the Goals its Seeks and Protect him the Cycle of Deviation. Preventive Action Aims to Identify the Sources of Pressures to Which a Person is Exposed, and Work to Build his Ability to Confront them and Gain Experience that Enables them to Face these Pressures and Achieve the Positive Goals they Seek. there who are we can formulate the problem study in the title “The Essential Professional Requirements to Improve the Professional Performance of Social Workers for awareness University Youth about the Risks of Digital Drugs”.
Second: Importance of the Study:
1. The Importance of the Study Lies in the Novelty of the Problem, its Importance and its risks to University Youth, as it is the Human Force that Society Needs Now and in the Future.
2. Researchers, Experts and specialists Affirm of Digital Drugs is a Real Disaster that Threatens the Arab World in the Current and Future Period.
3. Focusing on the Youth Category, Especially University Youth, and the Necessity of Introducing them to the Problem of Digital Drugs, Educating them and Protecting them from the Risks Involved, Through Many Activities, Programs and Workshops.
4. The Need to Improve the Professional Performance of Social Workers in Youth Welfare Departments, as they are Responsible for Protecting University Youth from Being Exposed to the Problem of Digital Drug Addition.
5. Knowing the Reasons for the Spread of Digital Drugs and the Effects Resulting from their Abuse, and Developing Treatment Plans and Preventive Solutions from them.
6. The Necessity of Defining the Role of Egyptian Universities in Helping University Youth to Use their Free Time in A proper Manner and to Enable Them not to Seek Digital Drug Experience.
First: Problem of the Study:
The youth Stage is one of the age Stages that are characterized by the Ability to Grow in Various Physical, Social, Psychological and Mental Aspects, in Addition to the Ability to Innovate and Actively Participate in Making and Developing the Society in Which they Live , and is Also characterized by the Presence of Many Pressures and Hardships Faced by the Members of this Stage. This Makes them Suffer from many Problems, and the Problems faced by University Youth Play a Major Role in Influencing their Compatibility and Academic Progress and Achieving their Aspirations in the Educational Field in Particular and in the Fields of Life in General. Therefore, all Specialists Need Great Attention in order to Achieve Sound Growth in all Respects.
Digital Drugs are A series of Audio Files that are Listened to in A certain Way, through Reliance on Headphones, and the Danger of this Phenomenon Lies in the Fact that it Affects the University youth group of Technology and Social Media Addicts, as it Leads to Hallucinatory Effects, or Modifies the Emotional and Biological State I have Someone Who Listens to it and Modifies the Young Man’s Abilities to Focus, Meditate and Pay Attention. These Audio Files Depend on Synchronization Between the Sound and Certain Magnetic Waves, and the Final Results are When Listening to these Files, the Young Man Enters a State Similar to the Cases Caused by Real Drug a Buse, and this Process Makes the Brain is in an unstable State Electromagnetically, and it Stimulates Neurons to Secrete Different Hormones According to the Type of Drug, for Example “Dopamine” the Hormone Concerned with Mood, or as it is Called the Hormone of Happiness.
Social Work is one of the Professions that Care for Young People, as it Seeks to Achieve Integrated Care for Young People and Help them Satisfy their Needs and Solve their Problems in that Age Stage that Needs Special Treatment by Professionals, to Achieve the Goals of Society in Preparing a Generation of Young People Capable of Taking Responsibility for the Development and Advancement of their Society in All Economic, Cultural and Social Aspects, and Urging him to Participate in All Community Activities, based on a Strong Knowledge Base, Theoretical Concepts, Specific Job Skills, and Basic and Intrinsic Social Values used to Deliver Constructive and Effective Services
