Abstract Hematoma and recurrent haemarthroses are common problems in hemophilia patients early. Early diagnosis is critical in preventing hemophilic arthritis, and in recent years have witnessed tremendous advances in musculoskeletal ultrasound as a diagnostic tool in soft tissue lesions. So, the ultrasonographic evaluation must be established to allow appropriate follow-up of joint lesions in children with hemophilia. |
