Abstract
Head nurses are work in a dynamic field characterized by a constant push to make effective decisions. So, head nurses are in need to exercise entrepreneurial leadership. Head nurses with entrepreneurial leadership have the ability to make effective decisions, interpret hospital conditions and events to make and keep a mutual certainty for themselves and their nurses to realize the desired objectives. Head nurses perception of entrepreneurial leadership , they are able to overcome problems that affect decision making effectiveness. So, the present study aimed to explore the relation between head nurses’ perception of entrepreneurial leadership and decision-making effectiveness. Descriptive- correlational research design was utilized in current study. The study was conducted at Tanta Main University Hospitals and El-Mnshawy General Hospital, which affiliated to Ministry of Health in El-Gharbia Governorate and qotour General Hospital which affiliated Ministry of Health in El-Gharbia Governorate.
