Abstract
The current study was conducted on two groups of patients with total 20 implants placed, ten in each group, all cases were anterior and premolar teeth indicated for extraction in lower anterior jaw. Regarding results, no significant difference was seen between both in terms of implant stability recorded using Osstell system, no significant difference was found in bone height loss by time mesial and distal to the inserted implant, and better histomorphometric findings were obtained in the study group - MPM
