Abstract
The thesis tends to analyze the implementation of the European International cooperation in science and technology with focus on the cooperation with Egypt between 2005 {u2013} 2013 based on the Association Agreement signed between them in the context of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership. This study and its data analysis proved that despite the success of the EU-Egypt S&T cooperation with a significant number of achievements, there were some obstacles that hampered reaching all the overseen objectives. Finally, the thesis tends to prepare a practical set of recommendations on the implementation of EU-Egypt S&T cooperation and in this regard, it considered main principles and EU strategies, as well Egypt{u2019}s need to set strategic interests prior to negotiating with the EU side. It sees promising to draw some conclusions for future cooperation agreements, to be enhance and to maximize Egypt{u2019}s benefits from such cooperation in the future
