Abstract
Our organization is a multinational company working in security systems solutions with manpower around 10000 employees across Egypt. In last three years different accidents occurred caused many fatalities and injuries which cost the organization huge money for compensations and lost company{u2019}s reputation within the clients. Applying new proactive Health, safety and environmental model based on OHSAS 18001/2007 to control risks and improve working condition within the organization.
