The work deals with the synthesis of benzoxazine derivtives together with uses heteroccyclic synthesis The Work has result the synthesis of 2(4-oxo-4H-benzo[d] [1.3]oxazin-2yl) acetonitrile derivatives The synthesized products has great cytotoxicity against the cancer cell line
