Abstract

A dental implant is one of the treatments to replace missing teeth. Their use in the treatment of complete and partial edentouls has become an integral treatment modality in dentistry Dental implants have a number of advantages over conventional fixed partial denture .
Implant therapy is currently considered a successful and acceptable means to restore missing teeth. During the decades that have passed since the widespread acceptance of implant dentistry, placement protocols have evolved to vary the timing of implant placement from late (in completely healed sites) through delayed and, finally, immediate placement following extraction. These procedures were developed to better meet patients’ expectations
Osseointegration is classically characterized as the direct structural and functional combination between the living bone and the implant surface at the light microscopy level.
Osseointegration has a novel definition: “osseointegration is a foreign body reaction where interfacial bone is formed as defense reaction to shield off the implant from the tissues.” The fact that oral implants nowadays are being regarded as foreign bodies does not at all imply acriticism to their clinical usage.
One pitfall of immediate implant use, however, is the inevitable residual space that remains between the implant body and the socket wall, due to a discrepancy in size between the implant and the socket wall. This space, which is located toward the coronal end of the implant, is called the jumping distance. Excessive jumping distance may lead to bone resorption and formation of a bony defect, decreasing the implant stability.

Dentin graft is one of the most recent autogenous graft which by using it in this study around immediate dental implant we approve that it can be use as abone graft and it has agood osseiointegration and stability in the most advantage of dentin graft is it’s low cost.

Conclusion
1-Both xenograft and dentin graft has agood affect around immediate implant
2-Human dentin graft has agood osteoinductive effect around immediate implant.
3-Autogenous dentin graft is suggested as alternative bone graft
