The researcher used a survey list that was prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the research variables, which represent the transformational leadership variables (independent variable) and the organizational citizenship of the internal customer (dependent variable). The method of multiple regression analysis to verify the validity of the research hypotheses. The researcher reached several results represented in the existence of a significant correlation relationship between ransformational leadership and the organizational citizenship of the internal customer at the level of significant significance (0.05), and the presence of a significant effect of each of the dimensions of transformational leadership on the dimensions of organizational citizenship for the internal client at the level of significant significance. (0.05).
