Burns defined transformational leadership in his book (Leadership) in (1978) as a process through which the leader seeks to motivate workers to reach the highest levels of motivation and ethics. Yukl (2006) clarified the role of leadership in making followers more aware of the value of work outputs. And through its focus and interest in providing and meeting their needs, trying to convince them to prioritize the interest of the organization over self-interest. On the other hand, (Sulu, 2010) indicated that job alienation occurs when employees are not able to meet their social needs, and they have a gap between their perceptions about work and their interests such as values and desires, and this is reflected in the form of low participation in work such as limited decision-making, minimum of using the skill.1st: The Importance of the Research:This research is considered to be important on both the scientific and practical levels as follows:a) The ScientificImportance:-The absence of Arabic or foreign writings has been done in the field of studying the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Job Alienation within the limits of the researcher’s knowledge, and therefore this research comes as a follow-up to recent trends in organizational and behavioral studies, as it represents a modest addition to the Arab Library in one of the important topics in the field of business administration.3-Scientific rooting for the concept of Transformational Leadership and identifying its dimensions, characteristics, importance and factors affecting it.4 - Scientific rooting for the concept of Job Alienation and identifying its dimensions, characteristics, importance and factors affecting it.b) The Applied Importance:The applied importance of this research is derived from:1 -To benefit from the results reached in helping those in charge of the affairs of WE Company in Mansoura in evaluating and raising the performance of employees (it is proved that there is significant impact of Transformational Leadership on Job Alienation).2 - Attempting to direct the attention of company leaders to take into account the reactions of employees, when drawing up human resources policies, because of these policies and processes of the effects on employee behavior.3 - The field of application is considered one of the vital sectors in the telecommunications field in the Middle East, as WE Company is working to shape the future of services in Egypt and the region by being the best integrated operator (land-line-internet-mobile) ,And that is by focusing on customer service at a professional level, and the importance of paying attention to it increases with the increase in competition between existing telecommunications companies, one of whose pillars is based on human resources, by identifying the factors affecting it, and thus helping to achieve the company’s goals efficiently and effectively and in a manner that guarantees Excellence and competition in the labor market.2nd: The Research’s Problem:The research problem is to answer the following two questions:1- Identify availability of the dimensions of Transformational Leadership2- Identify the availability of the dimensions of Job Alienation.3rd: The Research’s Objectives:In the light of the research problem, the researcher seeks to achieve the following objectives:1- Determine the nature of the relationship between both Transformational Leadership and Job Alienation in the research community.2- Knowing the significant impact of Transformational Leadership on Job Alienation.4th : The Research’s Hypotheses:Based on the research problem and to achieve its objectives, this research tests the validity of the following hypotheses:1- There is significant correlation between Transformational Leadership and Job Alienation in the Egyptian Company for Communications, Mansoura region, and this hypothesis is useful in achieving the first goal of the study objectives.2- There is significant impact of Transformational Leadership on Job Alienation in the Egyptian Company for Communication, Mansoura region, and this hypothesis test is useful in achieving the second goal of the study objectives. This hypothesis is divided into the following:2/1 there is significant effect of Transformational Leadership on powerlessness.2/2 there is significant effect of Transformational Leadership on Non-normality.2/3 there is significant effect of Transformational Leadership on Isolation.2/4 there is significant effect of Transformational Leadership on Meaninglessness.2/5 there is significant effect of Transformational Leadership on Self–estrangement 5th: Research’s Framework:This research consisted of four chapters in addition to references, appendices and abstracts as follows: Chapter one: The researcher deals with (preamble, the conceptual framework of the research, the previous studies, the exploratory study, the research problem, the research objectives, the research assumptions, the research importance, the methodology of the research, the research framework). Chapter two: Theoretical framework of the research variables Chapter Three: The analytical research of the field research data. Chapter Four: Summary of findings and recommendations. References. Appendix. Abstracts.6th:The Findings of the Research The researcher reached a number of results:1- There is significant correlation between the dimensions of Transformational Leadership and the dimensions of Job Alienation in WE in Mansoura region.2- There is significant impact of Transformational Leadership on Job Alienation in WE, Mansoura region.2/1 there is significant effect of Transformational Leadership on powerlessness.2/2 there is significant effect of Transformational Leadership on Non-normality.2/3 there is significant effect of Transformational Leadership on Isolation.2/4 there is significant effect of Transformational Leadership on Meaninglessness.2/5 there is significant effect of Transformational Leadership on Self–estrangement 7th: The Research’s Recommendations.The researcher offers a set of recommendations as follows:A) Recommendations directed to those in charge of managing Telecom Egypt in Mansoura:1- Activating modern mechanisms and advanced measurements in order to emphasize the selection of leaders and managers who have ideal influence and an attractive and influential personality.2- Develop a monetary and moral motivational program to accept all new ideas, study them and put them into practice, if their success is proven, the need to support after independence, which has an impact on improving the decision-making process of employees.3- Organizing long annual trips for workers and their families to enhance their acquaintance.4- Conduct regular dialogue and listening sessions between managers and subordinates.B) Recommendations for researchers in the field of human resources for future studies:The researcher recommends conducting the Application of this study in other sectors.
