by edema. Moreover, there were unilateral fusions of secondary lamellae and mild to moderate lamellar necrosis in case of V .parahaemolyticus bacteria.
In hepatopancreas, showed moderate to severe disorganized and necrotic hepatocytes congestion of central vein with severe hydropic degeneration of hepatocytes and mild intravascular hemolysis Moreover, there was moderate to severe fatty change that characterized by sharp edged vacuoles, flattened nucleus and signet ring appearance.
While kidney showed moderate congestion of blood vessels, muscles showed mild focal lytic necrosis with mononuclear cell infiltration, for the intestine, there was moderate to severe hyperplasia of the goblet cells for different groups.Spleen showed moderate to severe activation in MMCs, in severe cases, the spleen showed melanophores appeared heavily overloaded with dark brown melanin pigment.
For TEM examination of sea bass fish infected with V. parahaemolyticus at the 16th day of experiment gills showed vaculation inside mucous cell, pillar cell and pavement cell with margination of peripheral chromatin with lysosomal aggregation, in V. alginolyticus group gills showed bacteria scattered around lysosome with autophagosome contain mitochondria and myelin figure, in mixed group gills showed loss of cells organelles and pyknotic nuclei and aggregated bacteria beside mitochondria. For TEM examination in hepatocyte tissue at the 16th day of experiment in V. parahaemolyticus pyknotic nuclei with dilated endoplasmic reticulum& presence of abnormalities in its bile canaliculi, in V. alginolyticus the Kuppher cell observed inside the hepatocytes and hepatocytes showed severe vaculation in the cell and necrosis in mixed group.
