Abstract Certification bodies have observed that companies that apply management systems in food industries differ from each other from one industry to another regarding the interpretation of the standard requirements for specifications and the identification of risks and opportunities available to each industry although these requirements generally apply to all food industries in a large proportion. This unclear understanding and the differences in applying the standards requirements from one industry to another lead to the emergence of a large number of non-conformity when the management systems applied in different companies are subject to third party audits by certification bodies and the granting of food safety certificates. For this reason, the researcher will study and analyze all risks related to industry and all internal and external issues that directly affect the nature of the work, and put in place adequate controls to prevent and reduce the impact of these risks on food safety |
