Abstract

Methods; A retrospective case series study was performed on patients who had a diagnosis of MHE and had undergone excision of the exostosis and ulnar lengthening via a circular external fixator from 2015 to 2020. Clinical outcomes such as range of motion, pain, and surgical complications were assessed. Radiographic changes were measured using interval radiographs. We classified and managed our patients according to Masada classification. The management protocol varied from conservative follow up or simple surgical exostosis excision, for Masada I, to gradual ulnar lengthening , for Masada II
