Abstract
Foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my advisor Prof. Ali Abou-Madawi for the continuous support of my PhD thesis and research, for his patience, motivation, enthusiasm, and immense knowledge. His guidance in Conceptualization, Methodology, and project administration of this thesis.
