Abstract
The original work of this thesis aimed to study the synthesis of a novel series of bis(1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarbonitrile), bis(tetrahydrodipyrazolopyri-dine), bis(5,10-dihydropyridodipyrimidine-2,4,6,8-tetraone), bis(2,8-dithioxo-2,3,5,8,9,10-hexahydropyridodipyrimidine-4,6-dione), bis(8,8-dimethyl-8,9-dihydropyrimidoquinoline-2,4,6-trione) and bis(3,3-dimethyl-3,4,5,12-tetrahydrobenzo imidazoquinazolin-1-one) derivatives which are linked to pyrazole units. They were prepared via reaction of the bis-aldehydes with the respective 3-aminocrotonitrile, pyrazolone derivatives, 6-aminopyrimidine-2,4-dione, 6-amino-2-thioxo-2,3-dihydropyrimidin-4-one, (6-aminopyrimidine-2,4-dione and 5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione) and (5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione and 1H-benzoimidazol-2-amine). Structures of all newly synthesized heterocyclic compounds were established by both of spectroscopic and elemental analyses
