Abstract

Nowadays the world became loaded with various issues that require instant solutions, one of these issues are the network traffic that generates overcrowding, conflict and impact life. It is found that monitoring the flow inside the network can be helpful to provide information about the structure of the network traffic, this information can be helpful in finding solutions for traffic problems. The increase in urbanization and traffic congestion creates an urgent need to operate transportation systems with maximum efficiency. One of the most cost-effective measures for dealing with this problem is traffic signal control. Traffic Signal Control is a system for synchronizing the timing of any number of traffic signals in an area, with the aim of reducing stops and overall vehicle delay or maximizing throughput.Traffic problems such as hours-long traffic jams, congestion of roads, increased in road accident{u2026}etc.{u2013}all of these lead to difficulty of the traffic. In big cities, optimization due to construction or expansion of roads in certain sites of the city becomes technically impossible. Thus there is interesting a traffic optimization problem definition (cars, buses, trucks, etc.) at preservation of roads without additional construction and expansion, due to management of transportation traffic and a task of certain criteria for participants of the traffic. In general, traffic modeling aims to provide the network designer with relatively simple means to characterize traffic load on a network. Ideally, such means can be used to estimate performance and to enable efficient provisioning of network resources
