Abstract
Background: Many randomized trials have demonstrated that breast cancer patients obtain survival benefits from adjuvant chemotherapy compared to patients who do not receive chemotherapy. Adjuvant chemotherapy decreases the risk of breast cancer morality by 30% to 40%. The initiation of adjuvant chemotherapy is typically started within 4-8 weeks following surgery.Although earlier treatment delayed12 weed beyond necessaril \’ render a hctter proynusis, treatment delayed fi’nond 12 weeks may result in an unfavorable decrease in disease outcome-Obtective: Describe the impact of time of start of adjuvant chemotherapy on disease outcome in patients with stage I I and ITI breast cancer in the term of DF5 andOS, IIIustrate possible factors which could result in delay
