”The research aims to study the impact of Management of the Covid-19 Crisis on Organizational Culture- The Application on Employees of Gastrointestinal surgery Center in Mansoura. In defining the research vocabulary, the researcher relied on the method of a random sample of (274) Employees of Gastrointestinal surgery Center in Mansoura , (250) items was analyzed of them with a confidence rate of (91.24%) The researcher used a survey list that was prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the research variables, which represent impact of Management of the Covid-19 Crisis (Covid-19) (independent variable) and organizational culture (dependent variable). from Pearson’s correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis to verify the validity of the research hypotheses. The researcher reached several results, which were represented in the existence of a significant correlation between Management of the Covid-19 Crisis (Covid-19) and the dimensions of organizational culture at the level of moral significance (0.05), and the presence of a significant Impact of Management of the Covid-19 Crisis (Covid-19). Organizational at the level of significant significance (0.05).”
