Abstract
Our investigation was led in El-Minia University Hospital during the period from October 2019 till Maris 2020. A sum of 19 grown-up female patients were analyzed melasma. The quantity of patients of blended example was 15 while of epidermal example were 4.
Period of patients went from 27-50.Duration of illness went from 2-10 years. Span of infection went from 27-50 years.
The patients were booked to go through treatment for 90 days.
This examination was directed to assess the impact of skin glutathione gel versus skin glutathione gel with niosome in melasma treatment.
Patients were partitioned into two gatherings:
Gathering 1 who utilized of skin glutathione gel for 90 days in melasma treatment.
Gathering 2 who utilized of skin glutathione gel with niosome for 90 days in melasma treatment.
As respect to MASI improvement following 3 months of treatment we found that there was a huge expansion in MASI improvement in patients of gathering 2 in contrast with patients of gathering 1 with no incidental effects in both.
