المستخلص The strategy of modern management practices and input key management helps companies determine the current and future potential, which ensures them achieve their goals according to changing environmental conditions, and reflects the interest in strategic management of human resources and the importance of the human element. The study aimed to identify the impact of strategic human resources management in achieving job satisfaction among workers of Iraqi tourism companies, and determine the level of job satisfaction of employees in these companies, and its association with the achievement of corporate objectives and the possibility to compete and survive in the market. The researcher depends on the descriptive and analytical approach to all data on the subject of the study and interpretation, have been distributed form questionnaire electronically to the lake of direct communication with workers in tourism companies because of CORONA, has reached the study sample size of 131 individuals and the (researcher used the software SPSS, v, 24 statistical analysis of the data and draw conclusions. And found the results to the presence of the impact of the administration to the strategy on job performance in tourism companies from the perspective of workers, demonstrating the vital role of the management strategy of its different axes, and presented the study recommendations to tourism companies and to the ministry of Tourism to support the strategic management in tourism companies. |
