المستخلص The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of digital marketing tools on marketing innovation in the Egyptian Post in Qalyubia, And to know the extent to which employees are aware of the importance of digital marketing tools, and the impact on marketing innovation In the specified sector. This study depend on two types of secondary and primary data that were directed to employees of the Egyptian Postal Services Authority in Qalyubia governorate, and reached the study community (1763) single, and a sample of the study consisting of (322) single where it included all different administrative levels, and the researcher used in her analysis of the data the package of applied programs in the field of social sciences known as (spss). The results showed a positive statistically significant impact of digital marketing tools on marketing innovation In the specified sector, where the correlation coefficient (0.547) between the variable digital marketing tools (as an independent variable) and marketing innovation (as a dependent variable), i.e. the more digital marketing tools are used, the more effective marketing innovation is used. There is also a strong and statistically significant positive correlation between digital marketing tools and the dimensions of marketing innovation. This study recommends using appropriate digital marketing tools for customers and making use of them to provide postal services to customers to facilitate for them, Attention to the electronic promotion of postal services to customers to attract them and build a good relationship with them, take advantage of social media to know the wishes of customers to develop postal services and receive their complaints to improve the service provided to them quickly, Providing the Internet in all Egyptian post offices to complete their work in a fast time, constantly training postal workers to keep up with technological developments in order to improve service performance, adopt the idea of innovation in postal policies for business development and postal service. |
