المستخلص This research aimed to study the impact of organizational citizenship on supporting Competitive advantage - an application study on Arma Trading Company for the Consumer Goods Industry, The researcher has reached several results in the form of a moral correlation between the dimensions of organizational citizenship and the Competitive advantage of Arma Trading Company, in addition to having a statistically Significant moral effect on the dimensions of organizational citizenship on supporting the competitive advantage of Arma Trading Company.The changes that the times are witnessing throughout life, and the changes created by these variables are in dire need of creating a competitive advantage, that strategic vision planned on the basis of which the organization can achieve a unique competitive position, as well as the strategic goal that the organization seeks to achieve through the optimal exploitation of available resources, thereby reducing and improving quality in a way that ensures customer loyalty, and thus control profitability over the long term (Zagdar, Ahmed, 2011), from this point of view, organizations need additional efforts for all of them from human resources to achieve that competitive advantage that ensures their survival. |
