Abstract
The present thesis aims to study the effect of foliar application of two chemical fertilizers (Potassium and Manganese Sulfate) on the growth and drought tolerance of Swietenia mahagoni (L.) Jaq. seedlings as a timber tree species belonging to family Meliaceae to obtain the highest growth of this seedling using the lowest available water resources. The experiment carried out in an open field of Gemmeiza Agricultural Research Station during the two successive seasons of 2020 and 2021 (February - December).
