المستخلص The Aims of the Study: 1. To find out the differences between male and female teachers in job satisfaction. 2. To find out the differences between male and female teachers in organizational loyalty. 3. To find out the associative relationship between managerial leadership style and job satisfaction to teachers in Dakahleia governorate. 4. 4 To find out the associative relationship between managerial leadership style and organizational loyalty to teachers in Dakahleia governorate. Study Hypotheses: 1. There are statistical differences between male and female teachers in Dakahleia governorate in job satisfaction. 2. There are statistical differences between male and female teachers in Dakahleia governorate in organizational loyalty. 3. There are associative relationship between managerial leadership style and job satisfaction to the teachers in Dakahleia governorate. 4. There are associative relationship between managerial leadership style and organisational loyalty to the teachers in Dakahleia governorate. The Study Methods : The researcher has employed the descriptive comparative associative method , since they suite the study . The Sample of the Study: The Sample includes 30 of the school managers in Dakahleia governorate. They have been chosen randomly and the administrative leadership scale has been applied to them. The sample also includes 100 of Dakahleia governorate teachers. The Tools of the Study:Managerial leadership scale (prepared by the researcher), Job satisfaction scale (prepared by the researcher), Organizational loyalty scale .(Prepared by the researcher) Statistical Methods : To prove the study hypotheses, the researcher has employed the following : The averages and standard deviations .T.test,,Parson factor. The Results : The hypotheses have been come true. |
