Concerning cattle cases, The results revealed ninety excised neoplasms; 30 cases of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) which appeared as large cauliflower mass with ulcerated & hemorrhagic surface and microscopically as invaded Cell nests within subepithelial layer., 20 cases of meibomian adenocarcinomas represented grossly as grayish yellow masses on eye lids and microscopically appeared as clusters of glandular cells with malignancy criteria, 20 cases of papilloma as a Wart like nodule and under microscope appeared as Hyperkeratosis & Acanthosis , 10 cases of fibroma characterized by interlacing bundles of fibrous connective tissue which run in all directions with positive staining for Masson’s trichrome, 5 cases fibropapilloma characterized by hyperkeratosis & acanthosis, fibroblasts hypercellularity forming whirls within dermal layer , 5 cases of lipoma which appeared as yellowish white nodular masses, soft on palpation, fatty texture composed from sheets of well-differentiated adipocytes . Cytokeratin 5 (CK5) were positive for SCCs cases and Cytokeratin 7 (CK7) were positive for adenocarcinoma cases .
