المستخلص
تهتم تكنولوجيا التعليم بالبحث في مجال تصميم وتطوير برامج التعليم الإلكتروني، ودراسة المتغيرات التصميمية لهذه البرامج ومنها أنماط الدعم والمساعدة والتوجيه، ومستويات تقديمها التي تتناسب مع احتياجات وخصائص المتعلمين وأسلوب تعليمهم ليتمكن المتعلم من الاعتماد على نفسه والقيام بمهام التعليم بمفرده.
ويعتبر الدعم الإلكتروني آلية فعالة لمساعدة المتعلمين لتوسيع نطاق ومجلات تعليمهم لتتسع لأكبر المجالات المعرفية تعقيداً، كما أنه يتخذ أشكالً عديدة واستراتيجيات مختلفة تساعد المتعلم لتحقيق أعلى مستوي من الفهم للمحتوى المقدم له مثل تقديم الإرشادات، والأدوات المساعدات؛ ويتم الدعم الإلكتروني في البيئات الافتراضية والتي يعتبرها البعض امتداد منطقي للتقدم التكنولوجي للحاسوب. فهي بيئة يتم إنتاجها من خلال الحاسوب بحيث تمكن المستخدم من التفاعل معها سواء كان ذلك بتفحص ما تحتويه هذه البيئة من خلال حاستي البصر والسمع أو بالمشاركة والتأثير فيها بالقيام بعمليات تعديل وتطوير وفق الإمكانات المتاحة.
ولكي يواكب المعلم التقدم التكنولوجي يجب تنميته مهنياً لكي يقوم بتوظيف التكنولوجيا في العملية التعليمية مستعينا بأدوات تصميم البيئات الافتراضية من بداية تقديم المحتوى إلكترونياً وكذلك تقييم الطلاب إلكترونياً.
لذلك برزت أهمية تدريب المعلمين على إعداد الاختبارات الإلكترونية وذلك لأن المعلم يُسند إليه مجموعة من المهام التعليمية من أهمها تقييم واختبار مدي اكتساب طلابه للمعارف والمهارات العقلية المتنوعة، لذلك أصبح تدريب المعلم على استخدام وسائل التقييم والاختبارات المتطورة من المتطلبات الضرورية المواكبة لعصر قائم على أداء المهام إلكترونياً.
ومع الاهتمام بأساليب الدعم المختلفة داخل البيئات الافتراضية كانت محاولة الباحث الوقوف على مدي تأثير اختلاف أنماط الدعم في بيئة افتراضية مستغلين تطبيقات جوجل السحابية لتمكين المعلمين من اكتساب مهارات التقويم الإلكتروني.
