المستخلص The study aims to identify the obstacles to achieving the role of community participation in achieving quality education in special education schools in Dakahlia governorate and to develop the proposed concept of how to overcome them. The study used the descriptive method and the resolution used in Gent information. The sample study consisted of a group of directors, teachers and specialists from special education schools in Daqahlia governorate. The study took place in five classes, with several results. Among others, there are many obstacles and challenges that hinder the achievement of quality education in special education schools, including the conviction of the majority of community actors that their role is limited to financial and in-kind contributions to schools; There is a lack of dedicated standards for accreditation of special education schools by the National Authority for Quality and Accreditation of Education and low mutual trust between special education schools and community actors, Civil society organizations ignore their role in providing quality education in special education schools and lack of clear vision on the part of the Department of Special Education on the criteria for achieving quality education; The weak role of school administration in attracting and investing stakeholders in community participation and the existence of administrative restrictions that prevent community participation from playing a more effective role in achieving quality education in schools; A proposal has been made to promote the role of community participation in the achievement of quality education in special education schools in Dakahlia governorate: Continuous development of school management systems, Supporting the use of technology for administrative work, strengthening channels of communication with civil society, intensifying propaganda and advertising the importance of supporting special education schools, and encouraging families with special needs to cooperate with schools. |
