Abstract Artificial intelligence and machine learning are transforming the business nowadays as they have a wide range of usages in all aspects of any organization. This study tackles how machine learning can help in the marketing and sales department of any business or any bank as will be discussed. Machine learning can predict upcoming sales and customer preferences, identify new clients, and reduce the cost and time of the sales agents. In the near future, the organization that will not go through machine learning will not stand a chance to survive in the upcoming era of artificial intelligence technology. This study will test various models of machine learning to find the best method possible that will be able to predict sales accurately. The banking sector is crucial for any country’s economy. Thus, this study aims to develop a predictive machine learning model to promote and enhance banking services. By applying this model, the bank will maximize its profits and sales and will reduce costs. It also enhances the relationship between the bank and its clients and maximizes the customer’s satisfaction as they feel that their bank understands their needs and preferences. |
